Xiaomi Mi A3 comes with an 18:9 aspect ratio, which is currently very popular. However, unlike Apple iPhone X, this new phone from the company does not have an “edge to edge” display. Xiaomi Mi A3 sports a 5.99-inch full HD+ display with a resolution of 2160 x 1080 pixels. It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 processor paired with Adreno 512 GPU. The phone is backed by a 3,000mAh battery and is company’s first mid-end smartphone to ship with a dual-rear camera setup.

Xiaomi Mi A3 has a dual-rear camera setup, though the combination is different from what the company used on its recent Redmi phones. It has a primary 20MP Sony IMX486 sensor with f/1.75 aperture, 1.25 micron pixel size and HDR. This camera has a secondary 20MP secondary camera with an aperture of f/2.6 and 1.0 micron pixel size. On the front, it has a 20MP sensor, which is the same as the one on Mi 8.
Xiaomi Mi A3: Camera features
Xiaomi Mi A3 comes with a Portrait mode as well. But, this is different from the one we saw on the Redmi Note 5 Pro. Xiaomi Mi A3 comes with a Portrait mode on the front and rear cameras, which blurs the background and only the subject remains in focus. The Portrait mode can be used on both the front and rear cameras. The front-facing 20MP front camera can also be used for a Face Unlock feature.
